Summary: Line Manager unable to view Talent pool details

Content (required): We are using seeded LM role and for the direct reports of the LM, we have added them as pool members. Now we have two problems:

  1. LM is not able to see the Talent Pool to which the team member is added
  2. LM is not able see any value in the Pool LOV while intending to add a team member to the pool

Can anyone explain how is the security for Talent Pool managed for LM role
