Need steps to enable Help Desk offering to create Work Requests for Maintenance
We have a requirement to use Work Requests for Maintenance which is available under Help Desk Offering. Please help us with all the steps to enable the Help Desk offering. (I am unable to find this offering under 'Offerings' page) Is it functionality with limited availability? Please let me know the steps to enable it in a lower instance. The functionality was recently explained in the Maintenance Product Update event on September 14th.
