How do I exclude Pending Worker data in my Payroll_Interface_Main_UE Extract?

Summary: We recently started using Pending Workers and now my payroll interface is picking up the Enterprise Start Date from the Pending Worker record instead of the Employee Record. Is there a way to exclude Pending Worker data from the extract. I tried adding a filter to the Data Group - Person Records Data ((pptum.system_person_type='EMP')), but this didn’t help the issue.
