Offer Letter & Addtional Policy - Electronic Signatures

Summary:

We currently collect an electronic signature on job offer letters. We want to include a link to another policy document and that document also be electronically signed. Is that possible?

I know it is possible during on boarding to include the need of electronic signature on the addition policy document but recruiting wants it prior to on boarding.
