Journeys Questionnaire - can we download to documents of record?

Summary:

In the Benefits area we are looking to have fill-able forms that are E-Signed and downloaded/saved to the employee documents of record area. Can this be done using a questionnaire?

Content (required):

The flow would be a Journey with a task for an employee to fill out a spousal affidavit form and a 2nd task for the Benefits department to approve the form/questionnaire. This would then be saved to the employee documents of record.
