Summary: We have one approve usecase where we want user should not be able to proceed ahead with entering Projected_end_date if they have selected "Fixed term contract" in Assignment category field during offer creation.

Auto complete rule is working perfectly at Offer page but it is causing issue at Person Management>>Employment page
