How to implement Cross Dimensional validations?

Summary:

I have watched the Oracle YouTube video on Cross-dimensional validations https://www.youtube.com/embed/8KL-cBpzF5M?rel=0&autoplay=1 and it shows EXACTLY what I want to implement - I have the Properties built using Split(Get) but I do not see the Data Type Parameters to Assign a Node Set (see 1:25 of the video) on the Property. What am I missing?

First is Screenshot from video, second is screenshot from EDMCS. Assigned Node Set / Allowed Node Types Parameters do not exist.

As per the video, the Application is Universal.
