Taleo Transitions - Legal Name Characters

Summary:

We have noticed that with new hires possibly using browser form filler to fill out their transitions tasks online or their mobile device, they are putting their email address as their Legal First Name. There is no form error which allows them to save.

We have tried to include "a=any letter" in the Input Mask, but then it will only allow us to input the letter "a" in the first name field. No other letters were allowed.
