Restricting users from entering duplicate contact names in small/capital letters- Case sensitive

Delivered Autocomplete Rule on restricting users from entering duplicate names under Family & Contact(Autocomplete- person Contact Relationship) doesn't check if the name is same in lower case or upper case. Treats it as different names. In getting company benefits it should be checked if the name is same let it be in small/ capital letters.
