User is not able to Query Transactions & Receipts using Receivables Inquiry Role. User is already having Data access set(BU & Reference Data set)

We have configured Custom AR Inquiry role. All required Functional Policies, Role Hierarchy & DSPs are there is role but User is not able to view transactions & Receipts
