Need to have Competency Gap Analysis during Succession planning
Summary:
While adding candidates to succession plan, need to see the Competency gap between employee's current competency and for the succession plan position.
Content (required):
We are using position profile where competency and their minimum proficiency levels are defined.
We have enabled Spider graph chart in Skills and qualification page to see the Competency gap between employee's person competency and employee's current position competency.
But we have requirement that, in Succession planning while adding candidates Client wants to see the gap analysis between employees person competency and Employee's Succession planning position competency.
Can we achieve this requirement ?
