What does message mean updating perdiem rates for new year
In Manage Policies by Expense Category, trying to update active perdiem policy with current year rates.
Spreadsheet is downloaded, it appears records are successfully inserted and then they are removed
What does "Changes to rate lines were discarded during the upload to prevent invalid rates in the policy. (EXM-630473)" mean. I cannot find anything in knowledge garden for this. Do I need to end date existing policy and create a new?
If so, is there a document that describes this? Thank you,
