Default Field Values from Job Requisition to Offer

Summary:

We have a DFF created on Worker Assignment and enabled the same in the Offer Assignment section. Our requirement is to default the Offer Assignment DFF from the Requisition DFF. We are trying the below attached rule but it isn't working as expected. Attribute 5 is Assignment DFF and Attribute 8 is Requisition DFF.
