Summary:

The ability for a recruiter needs to raise a requisition which is confidential for their region AND have the ability to view all other requisitions across regions

Content (required):

We have tried having multiple security roles, "confidential recruiter for X region" & Recruiter View all but the view all will override "confidential recruiter for x region" views

Has anyone had a similar requirement to this that they have managed to resolve?

The suggestion on this post of creating a new requisition type will not work for our client.
