Sort element entries

Hi,

when I add an elem.entry to a person using "Individual Compensation" the proposed elem.entries doesn't have an alphabetical order, example:

A

B

A%

B%

I'd like to sort them in alphabetical order, like this:

A

A%

B

B%

Do you think it's possible to do this? In case could you kindly tell me how?
