How can we make grade ladder for employee to be promoted on this particular Grade.

We have a requirement in Promotion plan where we need to promote employee to particular grade only which is mentioned in Grade ladder.

Grade list like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

Below is the example that employee can be promoted on this grades only when it is promoted to promotion plan

Can we apply this kind of restriction through Grade Ladder setup and integrated with promotion?
