Summary: Long story short, i needed a GPU instance for some AI projects of mine, but as soon as i clicked the link to upgrade my account to a paid one, the website stopped responding and i lost connection to my 2 Always-free VMs, i thought it was a platform issue or something, a while later i tried again to upgrade and noticed i lost permissions to everything and my tenancy is now inactive. I can't contact their chat, can't open a ticket, can't change policies, create new compartments, provision new instances, nothing
