Lost access to everything even though I'm admin

Summary:

I cannot access most services in my OCI account (Always Free Tier)

When I try to use a service, an error message appears saying I don't have permission to see the information about that instance or to create a new instance( I am using the admin account). Also, my tenancy got inactive without prior notice and I don't know why.
