Fast formulas of the Recruiting Candidate Selection Process

Hello there,

our client needs to send automatically notification to hiring team basing on some conditions.

I have to set a condition related on the "organization": If the job offer is set for Organization X AND Y AND Z so the notification has to be sent, OTHERWISE NOT...something like this

Another condition for example is based on the "type of contract"...

Could please someone help me about it?
