DSA has it's own knowledge data base (relational DB with complex structure of document hierarchy, reference to other docs within DB etc) and requirement here is to host that relational DB to Oracle KM and then All Connect Field Support App would integrate with Oracle KM for knowledge article. DSA knowledge data base to be migrated to Oracle KM DB.
