1099 reporting seems to be receiving yearly patch from Oracle, is there any place where schedule for this type of patches is published yearly

looked into Updated for 2021 - Common Questions Related to 1099 Reporting (Doc ID 1999746.1) but cannot find any reference when oracle incorporates IRS updated rules for 1099 reporting. is it always standalone patch that should be requested or it is part last quarter of current year (22D for 2022)?
