Commence Workflow Based on Effective Date

In Individual Compesation we are planning to stage payments such as retention bonuses and referal bonuses which would come due 6-24 months after award. Because there are conditions that need to be verified, we would like the system to complete the workflow 14 days before the payment is due so that management can validate that the conditions have been met.

Normally, workflows trigger and are completed at the front end of process. We would like the payment to be validated at the end.
