On Individual Compensation, show the End Date field
How to show the End Date field on the Individual Compensation Page (rather than the Ongoing checkbox)
We have implemented Higher Duties via Individual Compensation. When Managers add Higher Duties Plan and Option to a Worker, the "ongoing" field checked. To put an end date, the Manager has to uncheck this field, then put the end date ... which they often miss doing, resulting in data errors on payments.
Question - How can we get to display the End Date field by default, rather than the Ongoing checkbox?
In our setup for the Individual Compensation Plan, we have set the dates as "User chooses date"
