IRC_JobOffer_ToBeCreated not triggered

Hello everyone,

We are currently experiencing an issue with the IRC_JobOffer_ToBeCreated alert as it is not triggered when a candidate reaches the Job Offer Phase. Please find below both the configuration of the Alert the Phase of the Candidate Selection Process:

Moreover, we made sure that the "Send Job Application Notification" notification is scheduled to run every 5 minutes and up until now the process is run successfully.

The weirdest thing is that we are facing this problem in test environment 1 but in test environment 2 (with the same configurations) we are able to receive the email correctly.
