Is there a way to mass upload Expense Report Templates ?

We are using Expense and we have 10 BU and we have more than 100 expense item per BU, for other projects we used RPA to manage this recurring setup and it took a lot of time.

Could you please suggest another way to mass load these expenses items for all BU ; we use the same expenses items for each BU ?

So please, can you recommend the best way to manage these task (Manage Expense Report Templates), because in the next step of this project we will have 200 BU or more
