I'm literally doing this just to change the email address tied to the account. All attempts repeatedly fail with a spinning wheel and finally a message that says "There was an error loading this page." As the account is free tier, I do not have a simple method of escalation. I have accounts in other providers but do not have this problem (nor require a paid account to update an email address). Please assist.
