Auto Complete rule with Default Expense account in Employment page

I have to create a new business rule of type Object Validation Type based on choosing 3rd segment value of default expense account in employment info page.

When I choose Worker assignment BO in autocomplete rule section, I do not find default expense account field to have validation in place.

Any workaround is appreciated.
