Autocomplete has enabled in 1 instance but not enabling in other 2 Instances

Summary: We have POD keys for all our instances, and are able to enable Autocomplete in one Instance, but it's not enabling in the other two instances, where we have followed the same steps to enable the Autocomplete functionality in all three instances.
