Report Missing Notifications

Hi All,

We have loads of notifications we have from Oracle and few we develop custom. We have them scheduled and some are BI Bursting notifications. Due to multiple reasons, it might happen that the notifications do not trigger. Is there a way to report on missing scheduled notifications? These can be FYI or FYA kind of notifications.
