Not able to view Attachment in Journey Task

We have a task in journey which contains an attachment. The performer should be able to download the same from the task page but the same is not visible.
We referred this KM but all these privileges are there in the custom employee role.
What Privileges are Required to Access Attachments in Journey's task for a Custom Employee Role? (Doc ID 2852237.1)
Please suggest what could be the reason.
