How do I set Timezone on a Supplier Address

Summary:

We are using supplier management to handle Supplier Masterdata and are registering supplier locations that will be used by our transport system. the transport system needs to have the timezone of the location but there is no field to set this in the supplier management pages. Preferably it would be handled automatically in Fusion when setting Address details on the supplier location. There is also a column in HZ_Locations that refer to timezone but no value is set for that.
