Function to display the custom message in message section of oracle cloud payoll using Fast formula

Register the message in the Manage Messages

Steps to register

 a. Message Name : XX_UNPAID_ERROR_MESSAGE

 b. Application Name : Global Payroll

 c. Module : Payroll Repository

 d. Short text : XX Unpaid leave deduction is higher than the earning, 

Call the Message using the message name in the Fast Formula
