Service BOM in Service Request and Repair work order

Unable to find the service BOM in SR part details UI

Content (required):

Created a Service BOM( item structure) for an Item in PIM. We are expecting to see the components of service BOM in Serivce request and Repair order. We are unable to see any components for the item. We are trying to use the feature of Service bom filter in Service request Part details UI. Are we missing any configuration ? PLease advise
