My company is looking into the process to implement Opportunity Marketplace and we have some questions.

  1. Are we able to personalize Opportunity Marketplace to tie in Competencies similar to how skills can be tied in?
  2. If so, would you do this by implementing Oracle Dynamic Skills?
  3. Does Oracle Dynamic Skills allow the rating of skills or competencies?
