 Question on AOR control -Security

Content (required):

Hi Team,

Greetings!

We are currently working on a solution for providing the access to the data for edit for Pending Workers for different custom roles, apart from the HR Super User and Line Manager.

In case of the roles based on AOR, it is observed that if there is a hierarchy level defined on AOR setup for the given location/division – the person associated with the hierarchy level below the one defined in AOR is not accessible.

e.g. if the custom role is a Division HR by AOR and the respective user having this role has got 10 division AOR records each one having hierarchy level = 2, then the person who fall within those 2 levels are only accessible for division HR. If we remove that value of 2 – then the issue gets fixed.

Howdy, Stranger!
