Values in Components are wiped out once an employee becomes in-eligible
Summary:
An Eligible employee becomes IN eligible. As soon as the Refresh process is run , the System attempts to clear the values from the Columns which are associated with the Component. To quote it with an examplke , in the attachjed screenshot , all the yellow highlightred columns are associated with Misc Rate1 to 6 Columns in Component1, however the ones with value are user defined columns . Hence once the employee becomes ineligible , the values associated with the component columns are dropped off/wiped out while the user defined columns retain the values.
Can someone suggest how we can prevent this?
