I need to remove action task/items from the Time Mangement Form.

Content (required

I have to create a "read only" role and only give the user view access only to employees' Time Cards. I have already removed the following buttons (Generate/Submit/Edit and Approve/Approve) on the Team Timecard form. I need to also remove additional action tasks (Add/Edit/Delete) per the attachment. I have highlighted all of the items in yellow that need to be remove. Please let me know if anyone know how to remove these items from the Teams Time Cards Form.
