Cannot see actual salary
Summary:
System configuration means that actual salary is missing and the annualized salary for part-time workers shows as more than a 1 FTE basis.
Content (required)
The system was configured such that the full time salary, instead of the actual salary, is entered in the salary amount. This means the annualized full-time salary is showing as more than the full time salary.
In the example of someone working 0.8FTE (with a full time equivalent salary of £40k, their annualized salary is showing at 120% (£40k plus 20%, therefore £50k). We are also getting this incorrect information when reporting via OTBI and cannot find a way of getting the actual salary without doing some calculation or customisation.
