Lost private key and cannot SSH login

Summary:

The private key file used for SSH connection is lost and access is disabled.

I have tried to recover according to the troubleshooting, but it does not work.

I followed "To boot into maintenance mode", but after selecting "UEFI Oracle BlockVolume" and press the up/down in 2.c., it boots normally and I cannot access the boot menu.

I have not set a password for the Ubuntu user, so I can't even log in from a console connection.
