Hi there

this alert is being sent out twice to the same instructor. Why is that?

Here is a copy of the log. BTW, is there a notification that shoots to the Instructor when they are assigned to an activity? I believe this one can be used for that, right - "Offering Activity Definition has Changed for an Instructor"?
