Hello everyone,

We used the Prepare Import Spreadsheet under External Data task in order to upload some external data for compensation for a few employees. We were able to complete the spreadsheet thanks to the available tutorial https://download.oracle.com/ocomdocs/global/fusion_r10/hcm/Compensation_Planning/index.html

When we upload the data from the spreadsheet a "Row inserted successfully" message appear.

However, when we try to search for the employee in External Data a "No results found" message appear.

Does anyone know why this happens and how we can resolve this issue?
