External Data: Person Name and Number returns no values

Hello everyone,

We are trying to import some external data for compensation via External Data task. However, when we are trying to manually add the data, the search result for the Person Name and Person Number returns no values.

For us this behavior is not expected since we are able to find the needed employees by searching their name or their person number in Person Management.

Does anyone know why this is happening? How can we resolve this issue?
