Summary: We need recommendations from the experts to Onboard the customers when we are using CX Sales, CPQ Cloud, Financials, and OM cloud.


Content (required): We use Sales, CPQ, Financials, SCM cloud and we want to understand the best practices to create and manage customer.

When a new account is created in Sales, the same is reflected under AR as the registry ID. We can start creating a customer accounts from AR, but we can't reuse the address created from the Sales cloud in the UI. If we enter the same site information in AR, it creates a duplicate address in the sales cloud.
