Successfully uploaded Εxternal Data but they are not visible in the Compensation Worksheet

Hello everyone,

We are trying to import some external compensation data and make then visible in the compensation worksheet. Below you can find the path that we followed:

  • My client groups --> Compensation icon --> External Data --> Download "Prepare Import Spreadsheet --> input values --> Click Upload --> Rows inserted successfully


  • Searched in the External Data page and found the uploaded value
  • My client groups --> Compensation icon --> Compensation Items --> Created new Items according to our needs


  • Mapped the columns with the worksheet: My client groups --> Compensation icon --> Workforce Compensation Plans --> Accessed a Plan --> Configure Worksheet Display --> Detail Table --> User-Defined Columns --> search for the columns that will host the external data --> properties --> Default Values --> External Data Record Type: selected the one we created --> External Data Column: selected the column were we inputted the value that we want to be displayed in the worksheet (example below)
