BIP table for pending approval assignees?

Summary:

We want to be able to get the list of assignees from an approval process/transaction, before it is completed.

Content (required):

If an approval process is still in pending status, then we want to know who has been notified.

We can't seem to find the table in BIP where we can have assignees information for a 'pending' approval process. We have the list of them when the process is completed, but not while it is pending, as no TASK_ID is created when the status of the transaction/process is Pending.

How/where in BI Pubisher can we get that list of assignees? We are using HCM.
