Specific notification for HR when an internal candidate apply

Summary:

Our HR users would like to receive a specific notification when an internal candidate apply, with these 2 informations: name of the internal candidate and job req (number, title, hyperlink?)

Is anyone have a solution to share?

Note that IRC_JobApp_Review_HM is already enabled but this alert doesn't include the information internal / external candidate
