Need help with in-activate & re-activate a customer party and organization via file import in CDM

Summary:

We have a business need to inactivate customer party and organizations in CDM. In addition, we may have to re-activate some of these records as well in the future. Have yet to get this to work via Import Management, looking for guidanc from anyone who has faced/resolved this issue.
