Oracle Cloud $100 Refund

Oracle has charged $100 on my card towards verification, but the refund is not issued yet.

My Cloud Account Name (Tenancy): syrow01

On 3rd October Oracle is charged me $100, towards verification hold charge which is triggered during the upgrade, it has to be refunded/reversed, but till now not happened. Chat support and Phone support unable to help, and they asked me to raise the question on this forum. Oracle team, can you please help in getting the refund please. Thanks in advance.
