Link on internal candidate page

Hi there!

For our client I aim to add a link on the internal candidate page to make landing the recruiter on a specific page/report (that already exists) concerning "internal working history". Our client asks to have the opportunity to reach rapidly all the internal candidate information already gathered in a report.

Could some of you please help me to type an expression in order to specify "If the candidate is internal, so display this link that lands on the report page"?
