Symptoms
OSMS failing with error below when trying to perform yum update or perform OS update from OCI console
# sudo dnf install -y postfix
There was an error communicating with OSMS server.
OSMS based repositories will be disabled.
HTTPSConnectionPool(host='enter.your.server.url.here', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /XMLRPC (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x7f23e0eb97f0>: Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno -2] Name or service not known',))
